2022

The new Upper School South building was completed. Designed with an environmentally focused lens and serving as a dynamic learning environment for Ninth Grade through Twelfth Grade students, the three-story Upper School South Building is the first K-12 Salmon Safe school, the first Passive House school in the West, and one of the first net-zero-energy schools in the nation.

In 2022 renovations on Gracemont Alumni Hall began. This renovation includes seismic and ADA upgrades, as well as optimizing the classrooms and enhancing office spaces for college counseling, learning support, and counseling teams, thus fully converting the building from a former family estate to a dynamic educational building.
