The George Taylor Dinner was established, and honored faculty and recognized recipients of the George W. Taylor Faculty Endowment fund. The fund, still in existence, honors George, whose name has become synonymous with excellence in teaching in the Bush community. It also acknowledges the invaluable contributions of Bush teachers today by providing support for faculty sabbaticals.
